Why not spend this time and effort getting the people of Texas to vote against AA, if that’s the real goal? Why the court case? To try to get AA banned nationwide? If even CA banned it by voting, guys, I’m pretty sure you could throw some money and ballot measures at this issue and fix your AA problem much easier.
