Clearly he didn’t want his own season badly enough to actually work for Kaitlyn’s affections so she’d keep him long enough for him to be in the running. Although, he clearly thinks things should just be handed to him, so that fits.

These are the guys Princeton Mom promised us?!

Now I'm imagining that the Fundamentalists have, like, sleeper agents living crazy lives all over America, just waiting for the next scandal to arise...

Counterpoint: “I was just trying to mess with the show” is exactly what I would tell my friends if I got in a big embarrassing (prob drunken) fight over a show that I took too seriously at the time ;)

Gay Butler is somehow an “interior designer” yet doesn’t have the design sense to realize that four acres of grass is really tacky. Ugh, rich people. Put some citrus trees in or something, at least.

Sorry you experienced that. Good for you for having the strength to walk away - I wish my mother could. It would be for the best.

This is a weird thing to say. I’m adopted too. Being adopted was and is awesome. You know what was not awesome? The abusive environment my mother was raised in, that she still feels obligated to because of some bullshit “biological” relation. Shitty home situations can happen regardless of how a family is formed.

Plus, statistically, only 1/4 of those older foster children is available for adoption to begin with (source: http://www.childrensactionnetwork.org/resources.html). It’s not an animal shelter - people can’t just go down to the kid pound and pick one out.

I think one of these has to be the case. If they just kill off Jon Snow, then is the show really building toward anything (my thought: no - but I am in the “Jon’s parentage is very important” camp)? It’ll just be 8 (or so) seasons of people killing each other for power, nobody ever gaining any real power, and then

I haven’t heard any of her solo stuff. But, also, I don’t think that’s too right wing. It would be if she was just complaining about welfare, but it seems like the lyric is saying "he paid into the system, why can't he benefit from the system?" which is fair, I guess.

My poor husband had to touch one of those tiny cheap pregnancy tests you buy in bulk over the internet (well, he didn't have to, but we were both so surprised that he grabbed it for a closer look). But I peed in a cup and dipped it, so it wasn't soaked or anything...

But he has a contract for the next two seasons, I thought?

The Pistol Annies’ songs are supposed to be ironic, for what it's worth.

Those are all gorgeous. I spent around $1200 for mine and I loved it, but it is definitely one of the areas I think I could've cut costs - looking at dresses with other friends who are getting married, there are a lot of great options for much less, especially if you're willing to go outside the bridal boutique and

I love Tastee so much and this arc last season was so devastating to watch, because it made so much sense for her character. She’s gone through life either ignored or manipulated and taken advantage of for her desire to just have some friends/family. Then, in prison, she has Poussey, who is finally the real friend and

That’s a good point. I don’t know. I imagine it would vary from state to state.

It’s not really “mans world” type humor. But to be honest I have loved it so much since high school that I am not an objective reviewer. I may just love it nostalgically ;)

Opening Belle is not worse of a title than Legally Blonde, and that movie is PERFECT. High hopes for Opening Belle.

Can’t you select the biological sex of the embryos with IVF? I think that’s what people are talking about here, not implying that you are more likely to have a boy after you’ve had a girl or whatever.

Counterpoint: not everyone is a creative gift-giver; some people just want the ease of looking on the registry, clicking a few buttons, and done.
