I'm definitely interested in the new Monolithsoft game.

I'm curious to see if they change anything in WW, but it sounds like they'll be taking the new Zelda in a different direction. I'm interested to see what comes out of it.

Alas, I'm not a fan of Pikmin, although I recognize it as being a good game. So for me, Pikmin was not an option, but is absolutely valid.

Nothing? Really? There's the SMT x FE crossover, Mario Kart, New Zelda, updated Wind Waker, Yoshi, a new Mario and game by the Super Mario Galaxy team and you're not excited about ANY of those?

I'm not one to usually rave about graphics, but my eyes teared up when I saw this. Wow, this game looks absolutely awesome. Plus, Giant Fighting Robots? Sold.

I'd agree as well. That sword was definitely Monado styled. Also, it looked like Shulk's face at the end of the trailer.

I'm excited to see how this looks in motion. My jaw dropped when I heard this announcement though. :O

I have no idea how to feel about this. I love Fire Emblem, but I generally hate Strategy games...I'll definitely be keeping an eye on this one.

I loved the aesthetic and gameplay of Epic Yarn, so I'm super excited to hear more about this.

At the time of the Wii there were a lot of exclusives (No More Heroes 1 & 2, Zelda, Mario, Smash, NiGHTS, Fire Emblem, Red Steel 1&2, and more) to justify the Wii. The DS had TONS of exclusives and some of the best damn RPGs out there, and the 3DS library just keeps getting better.

I have nothing against all the other consoles. It comes down to a factor of time and money. I have a PC, a Wii U, and a 3DS. While I can afford a PS3 or an Xbox 360, it would severely cut into my overall gaming budget. On top of that, since I work full time, I don't have the time to devote to more than 3 consoles…

I, too, am very interested in seeing how it plays out. If Kotaku is here next year, then I'll be here as well. I'll look forward to it!
