Personally, I thought it was a very interesting piece on relationships and gaming in general. I liked the parallels of how your co-op gaming interactions can be a barometer for where you are in the relationship.

I think Andrew's main concern (from my perspective at least) is that no one is actually commenting on any of the other aspects of the article. They just chose the one, easily attackable negative aspect of her relationship that was her fault (and ignoring the husband making an active choice not to get counseling) that

All I know is that if I had died leaving that concert that night, I would've had no regrets. Really, I enjoyed it that much. Le sigh...

That was my big complaint. I think they bring some instrumentalists with them (perhaps soloists), but then I think they supplement with the local symphony orchestra. I know they've modified the concert as they went along, but I'd find it hard to believe it was THAT different than what I saw back in Atlanta in like,

I wonder if you went to the same concert I did when it came to Atlanta. I don't remember the pieces being so combat heavy, and I don't really remember them playing much Zelda II music. I feel like they tailor their performances based on the orchestra, the conductor, and fan response from previous concerts. The one

It made me smile, that's for sure!

There is so much wrong with that wall of text that I don't even know where to begin. Gaming was not "built for men" and I don't know where you got that from. Gaming was built for entertainment. Hell, you can even argue that gaming was developed to see if it could even be done. There was no gender in mind when

If only there was a way to record it. :(

I know, right? I'm still on my way to Buckingham Palace, but am loving the crap out of it. I have a good feeling about the police officer...

I see that as a non-issue. I'd need $15 to solve world hunger. Minimum.

Honestly, you do raise a very valid point. I really should check out the demo first to make sure I really want it. I do like stealth games and I keep hearing great things about this one. I just couldn't justify the cost.

Luckily, my backlog is small. The only games I have on it right now are Mass Effect 1 & 2, Bioshock 1 & 2, Paper Mario TTYD, and Mario Sunshine (the latter 2 I'm borrowing from a friend). I'm currently working on Zombi U, NSMBU, Paper Mario: Sticker Star, and Borderlands 2.

Oh, believe me, it won't be gathering dust. I'm having too much fun with it to let that happen. ^_^ Most likely I'll get the batman games, but not start them until after I've beaten at least one of my Wii U games (Mario or Zombi U).

Thanks for your input everyone! I'll let my wife have the final say (seeing as I just spent almost $600 on my Wii U, accessories, and games...)

Sorry for the double post, but I just remembered that Amazon will be doing a lightning sale on the 3DS Adventure Time game later today at around 8:00 EST.

Like I posted in TAY, but Steam has the Batman Arkham series (GOTY Editions) at 75% off. Total $13 for both.

Try ZombiU. That's EXACTLY what it does. 6 quick slots and a separate inventory that you have to open up to access your other items.

Fear not! You are not alone! I take it as far as the house will let me. =P

Isn't that reason enough to be excited by it? Plus, it's going to migrate to the regular internet, smart phones, and other devices, so you'll have MiiVerse not only on your WiiU, but you'll be able to take it with you as well.

It's basically facebook for Nintendo games, which is awesome because all the posts are specifically focused on something WiiU related. No longer do you have to sift through pages of status updates of people posting what they had for lunch, or about politics, or how crappy their life is. It's pretty much all
