As an owner of a modern Accord, I legit need to really pay attention to figure out if a car coming at me is a Civic or an Accord.  The tail lights are a dead giveaway, but from the front?  They do look pretty similar.

Spiderman is only in the MCU because of the deal between Sony and Disney to allow him to be there.  This one was all Sony and no Disney, so it isn’t a part of the MCU.

There’s still a month and a half left in the decade so not only is that one possibly too new to have even been considered, there’s probably quite a few contending movies coming out soon that didn’t get a chance.
