But we’re talking about the opposite here.  Customer walks in wanting an EV, but the salesperson is trying to sell them a RAV4.  I’m saying that rather than pushing the customer out the door and not being helpful, make it easier on yourself and help them get what they came in for.  

Why?  To get a sale and not have them go somewhere else.  Isn’t that why they’re in sales in the first place?

Ow.  That hurts.  Long time Final Fantasy fan.  Quite an extensive collection of games.  I just couldn’t bring myself to playing that one.  It just looked so wrong and man did I get lit up for my opinions about it.
