Well, I’ve been a woman for 46 years now, and I don’t feel that trans people are doing anything to my identity, experiences, or life.

I’m 46-frickin’-years old, have several tattoos already - including a nice piece on my inner right forearm - and got told pretty much the same thing when I went to a top tat parlor for a tat on my ear. I told the artist it was none of his damn business where I got a tat.

And I, personally, don’t have a problem with that. Change of such a drastic measure can be difficult to accept, but Caitlyn’s mother sounds likes she doing her best. I’m not going to dogpile on anyone who is making a good faith effort. All that matters is that Caitlyn is happy with who she is.
