Oh... you should definitely watch Gamera. Actually, the later ones in the 90s are pretty awesome, kind of a response to the fantastic Godzilla films of the time. The older ones are cheesy and silly, but still so much fun to watch. Gamera vs. Barugon is my personal favorite, just because of some of the hilarious
