@Dimensiation: Well, there's a couple of ways to do that...if you want it to be global across all contacts, just make those apps the default choice.
@Dimensiation: If you're on 2.1 or better, just touch the picture of your contact. A dialog will spring out offering all the different ways to contact that person (call, SMS, Facebook, email, etc.)
