All of a sudden my Silver 3 rank is high enough for national teams to ask me to join.

wut r u casul?

I was pretty excited for that game since it looked like a spiritual successor to RE4, but it's a pale shadow of RE4, regardless of the major similarities. It grew on me over time, but I don't plan to replay it. It was so ridiculous yet took itself seriously. One of the reasons RE4 is so perfect is because it is

Thats amazing i can't wait! Always love all there articles you do!

Life of the Party would also be a great choice. While most levels take place in a specific mansion or castle, you travel along the rooftops for that one, do your thieving business, and than find your way back. Good mention :D

Chaos Theory's bank level is hands down my favorite in the series, and I love Splinter Cell.

was just about to post LIFE OF THE PARTY (or shipping & receiving)

This!

I was thinking the Mountain Temple level from Tomb Raider 2013, most notably how it incorporates many levels of verticality and how it provides multiple paths to the same objective (usually through mountaineering or rope arrows). I mean, you visit the area three separate times and each time is different than the last.

Metro 2033: The Library
At least I think that's the name of the level with the Librarians. Seriously one of the scariest enemy encounters EVER. They're virtually invincible (you CAN kill them but it takes forever and the player probably thinks they can't be because of how they function), and can be alerted by the

Maybe something from the older Thief games? I'd recommend the incredibly infamous Shalebridge Cradle mission, from Thief 3. It's just so different from the rest of the levels, and uncharacteristically terrifying, for Thief (even though I consider Thief to be very atmospheric and creepy, much of the time).

Oh holy crap. Sounds like TAY has gone to seed; I've never been a fan of mob rule or abuse of power, and that sounds like both at once. I'm sorry you were treated like that, but it's good to see your work on the main site; I've always enjoyed it.

"Shit, the guy I was passive-aggressively derping on called me out on my poor argument and how I also use "for reasons". Didn't expect that. Better play it cool like I'm too busy to explain myself to people clearly dumber than me."

There does seem to be this love affair for BLOPS, and I'm not sure why.

Luckily, I still havent started FC4, Wolf and dug into Betrayer. Titanfall and CSGO have satiated my shooter itch in between sessions of DotA2 - so 2015 is my year of the backlog. Well, every year has been the year of my backlog since DotA2's beta started

Don't forget Grunts - can't hack those.

I completely disagree on Far Cry 4. It felt more or less exactly like Far Cry 3.5. The plot was more or less the same, the vehicles and weapons were more or less the same, the game mechanics were more or less the same. I got a bout half way through before I decided that it was too much of the same with too little

I still play Titanfall regularly, it's one of the funnest shooters I've ever played. The parkour element makes it unlike just about anything I've ever played. Also I just bought Wolfenstein in the Steam holiday sale and it has really really good writing and it is really intense. It's definitely a cut above, I'd call
