Shooting grenades mid air was fun.

Don't you mean... Battlefield 3.2? *ba dum-tish*

I'm craving Ramen all of a sudden for some reason.

Meaningful Enemy Feedback is a big deal, and not just in an FPS. It was a major problem I had with Uncharted 3; a lot of the times you shoot an enemy and they show no reaction especially with headshots. Combat was so much more rough compared to UC2 because of it.

then it wouldnt be a first person shooter dummy

that shit was fucking awesome! I got so good with the slow-mo that whenever there was a jump scare I would instinctively activate slow-mo.

There is another aspect of Battlefield 4 (other than their botched launch). I've jumped out of planes and landed behind enemy lines taking out a ridge of snipers.

Doom will always be my favorite FPS, it has a feeling to the combat that most other FPS games sort of lack. It's an odd dance of timing and dodging. Take a shot here, dodge the fireball, take another shot. Keep moving and never stop. It also helps that because of the sprites, you can tell what the enemy is doing at

Man, I still remember playing F.E.A.R. for the first time. In the dark. Alone. With headphones. That shit was scary.

The "Interesting Movement" part is what gets me the most. It's what keeps bringing me back to Titanfall, and one of the reasons I loved Dishonored & Portal. For me, you could take out all the guns and if the game had fun movement, I'd probably still dig it.

SWEET SWEET GIBS!

gibs. Lots of gibs... or you can bundle this with Meaningful Enemy Feedback...

Disconnects for me all the time on PS3 :( Frustrating. I've been trying to find the Destiny server IPs to try a trace route, but can't seem to locate any info on them.

If by Warframe you mean Dark Sector's antagonist, then yes.

My main methods of travel were the buses (for long stretches) and the boats. I used the cars when I had to, where a river wouldn't go.

I don't know why people didn't get that was part of the simulation element. Generally speaking, the roads will be more heavily traveled and guarded. Rivers, not so much.

The two mouse button dual wield was equal parts nostalgic and orgasmic.

How many other games will interrupt the Nazi killing to drop a lengthy discussion of continuity of consciousness on you?

Man, I love the Starbreeze (well, ex-Starbreeze) guys.

You know, I never finished Far Cry 2 but I loved what I played of it and can agree with all of this. I should get to it soon. Weapons jamming and breaking led to some of my favourite game stories. The most unanimously hated thing about respawning checkpoints, I excused for being in theme with being in a war-torn
