Terrible Haiku. Start over.

I have spat out perfectly good egg salad because I thought the celery was shell. Celery is great for dipping, ants on a log, or giving flavor to soups but it sucks at salads.

I do too. Your voice is one that is one that is informed and doesn't always follow the masses. Your write up on how Uncharted hurts gaming is one of my favorite pieces you have written and I think helps showcase your talents and views the best.

So keep on keepin on man.

The Gamer's Club isn't great if you're buying regular editions for games. It's great for when you buy Collector's editions that are priced close to $100. Knock it down to 80 with GCU and buy multiple copies, then sell them slightly below MSRP, and your collector's edition is almost free. Granted, I have more leeway on

I'll say it again, it's gaming's fruit of the month club, except you can eat the same fruit for as long as you pay...and hopefully you even have interest in what is chosen for you.

istheranydeal.com is also pretty great because you can sync your Steam wishlist, and get e-mail notifications when those games are being marked on sale. 1 word. Patience. If you can wait a year, you can get that $60 game plus a bunch of formerly expensive DLC for $29 bucks... Just wait it out.

As a deal hunter / eBay and Amazon seller, these are most of the things I do in order to save money and make money. Most people are too lazy and stay on Steam though but if you have the patience, look up other places for deals. You'll be pleasantly surprised.

Finally, there's Playfire, the social network owned by games retailer GreenManGaming, which I think offers the single best way to earn money. Just about every day, they post a list of games to play and achievements to earn on their blog. By completing the goals they post, you can earn credit to the GreenManGaming
