I am hoping for a female assassin along the lines of (or from) the Assassin's Creed: Embers short film. The young asian girl that trained with an older Ezio Auditore while hiding from some mysterious organization.

I want the following guaranteed before I back.
All we've seen so far of Firewatch is some art. Usually that's not much, but that's OK, because Fine Art is a…
Shaun drove me off too. Or whomever deleted and edited my critique of their critique of Killzone Mercenary. I've never gone back since.
The shitstorm that followed from the Bayonetta 2 announcement... was mostly from angry PS3 owners.
Which, frankly, is insane because the PS3 version of Bayonetta was (and still is, post-patch) horrible.
Not necessarily. While the coke Pepsi analogy was a bad one you get my point. Like with this: http://wonderfulengineering.com/the-historic-b…
Fanboys would probably go on and argue about which company is better but you and I would giggle and then move on.
I just spent 45 minutes reading every post in this discussion. Actually reading, not just skimming. I felt it was worth creating an account and replying.
It'll probably be a very similar situation to what happened in the creative business in other fields, such as advertising, web design, etc. It used to be that the industry was dominated by huge firms whose names reflected the surnames of the owners. Now, small studios with a handful of talented people are blazing the…
I think we'll see (a) studios go the contract route for employees and (b) those same employees forming a union along the same lines as film crews. The question is which one will happen first.
I know of one company that did something pretty cool when they shut down their game division; Tiny Speck when they shut down their quirky MMO Glitch. They kept a hand full of people on staff to work on their new product Slack (a communication and collaboration tool), but made sure they helped find all of the…
I'm not here to comment on the consoles or companies, but the fans. I've enjoyed both brands of consoles for the past 5-ish years and this generation I went with the Xbox primarily because money's tight right now, and the fact that I've been developing in Visual Studio since it was Visual Basic (15-ish years.) So…
Agreed. Even Far Cry 2 was bad for, once you've been spotted, everyone knows exactly where you are, and can shoot you.
My favorite moment in the game is still that time when I doomed two titans, ejected up into a zipline, flew sideways as I went nuclear, killed someone else in the process, and recapped a point.
I think gamers reinforced this behavior at the last E3, when there were cheers and standing ovations for some of Sony's little digs at the Xbox One. I feel like Sony is trying to hold onto that moment, but the rest of us are just getting tired of it.
I wish I could star you more than once... SimCity was over hyped and became once of the worst things made. Banished gave me the best City builder I had ever played without the complexity of older SimCity titles. Which, are good but hard as balls to get into :/
It's because the rule of marketing is number 1 never mentions number 2.
Actually while they did bring Stringer in to be the 'foreign badguy', he was, for all intents and purposes, the cut man for Sony. His job was to go in and get rid of the ineffective leadership (such as Ken Katarugi), reunify Sony (which was split up by Nobuyuki Idei), and cease the infighting that was caused by said…
I applaud you sir, I do't have the patience to put up with all the hate messages but no one has ever been more right about the uptick in putrid comments stemming from the Sony camps.
I only ever played the demo of Shadowrun but I thought it was pretty good. Not worth the $60 it cost at launch but still a solid shooter with some neat mechanics.
You should have seen the comments on Gametrailer's review of Titanfall, people went out of their fucking minds and it was hilarious.
