The enemies i enjoyed fighting the most are the ones from Halo:Combat Evolved on PC, not only were they smart compared to most other games out then (and even now) but they had very distinctive looks/silhouettes, distinctive speaking and behavior patterns (Elites getting angry and rushing to melee you if you use melee

I agree with you that the AI in Uncharted is like this, and it's ridiculously frustrating. The enemy waves are unfair at times, and even considering this, I still really enjoy playing the Uncharted games. With that being said, I encourage you to give The Last of Us a try, because the AI, while not being revolutionary,

Oh sweet god do I miss the first 2 brothers in arms, they were amazing titles and the flank system was so intuitive at the time. Coupled with such a great narrative and compelling characters
"What do you suppose Krauts eat for breakfast anyway? Sausage? Toast? Cold glass of blood?"

the players complained about how the stupid game was cheating by spawning bad guys behind/flanking them.

...shit

I thought it was that special time in every boy's life where he, um ... gotta go! (that was a Simpson's reference, i realised it looked kinda creepy once I wrote it out so i better clarify XD )

Yeah, the UI experience between the two platforms is so vastly different, you really have to go about developing the UI completely differently for each one.

(sorry for the late reply)

It's always great to read discussions with intelligent developers. It's comforting, or perhaps satisfying is the better word.

Bingo. Let me give you a metaphor: at my university, we've got a rival school that does literally nothing but argue with us. They act like our rivalry is the end of the world when we play each other, but all the students here are like, "Who are you?" when we play.

Don't forget the recent debacle about the 7.5 Polygon gave The Last of Us.

I like Reggie. Stiff, yeah, but he's an exec, not really meant to be a front facing guy I dont think. Mattrick I never knew anything about until recently, and I think he really got a raw deal with how poorly the Xbone was recieved. He robably is a really likable guy, who I think got really fucked public opionwise.

I feel like the MS camp gives as good as they get, and the Nintendo camp just interjects their whining into EVERYTHING.

...And you're just somebody on the internet, an inconsequential cog that could be forsook, and overlooked, without any lasting detrimental effects to the grand scheme of the internet community. Your wrath, scorn and disdain is trite, laughable and meaningless to say the least. You prance in here hurling a myriad of

Wow, over the top douche much?

More importantly, this continues to add credence to that rumor dump from NeoGAF user ntkrnl, which includes stuff like Halo 2 Anniversary this fall, potential plans for a disc-free Xbox One, and a new Forza Horizon later this year.

I agree, he was really arrogant and he made me cringe with the stuff he said at conferences. And I agree that Sony fanboys are assholes, well, all fanboys are, but it makes me cringe whenever I see some dedicated gaming forums going gaga about PS4 and claiming it is the return of the "king"and shit like that. I mean,

This a million times. Fortunately, their aggressiveness has only been prominent in comment threads. You click any non Sony news (especially Xbox related news) and you will see mean spirited folk drumming up negativity. Sony is a great company but is represented by a shitty, arrogant, asshole, douchebag fanbase.

I would add in Skies of Arcadia, Grandia 2 and Vagrant Story myself. Some of the most fun the JRPG sub-genre has provided me.
