They are reasons. One-way streets are only one aspect of it. It is perfectly normal and quite common to make life decisions, such as where you live, based on several conditions.

Well, it was only one item in a short list (an incomplete one), so I don’t know why it is getting to you. I didn’t even put them in any particular order. It just contributes to why I would not live in a city if I could help it.

I live by some in my own little city/town. I also lived by them before they were one-way. I much prefer the old way.
