This is pretty much my SOP. Even if it -looks- like a number I know, I let it ring and if it’s someone I know, they can text, call me again or leave a voicemail. I only block if they make a habit of calling over and over.

I get not so much nightmares as deviations from reality. It’s an issue in my average awake life, and lucid dreaming has made it a bit worse. Not as bad as it could be, but definitely not better.
