Products from a company who pride themselves on having products that “just work” requiring pro users to make them “just work” by, well, doing things that aren’t “just working” are pretty crappy.

I would argue that “best” is a pretty subjective concept when it comes to buying something for yourself to use. I don’t think any product can ever be called the “best” for everyone as if it were some sort of objective, absolute measure.
