Apple has always been shameless about “borrowing” the ideas of others and appropriating them as their own. This isn’t really a new thing for them, haha.

I don’t particularly care one way or the other, but this Pixel is made by HTC... and looks like their modern HTC phones, which are based on their older designs. The designs that Apple phones now look suspiciously similar to.

I would say take a look at the HTC One M7... and then the iPhone 6 that came a year later. Something looks a bit familiar, there...

Looks like an HTC phone, if anything, to me. Since that is where Apple seems to be getting their design cues from these days, anyway.

I don’t really take pictures anymore, so I can’t comment on that, but I would imagine newer hardware would solve that problem. My Nexus 6 can’t actually focus on things that are close to it, which never bothered me since I don’t really take pictures, but it isn’t the best phone for picture taking.

Right? Happened with many products before smartphones. TV’s, monitors, fridges, etc etc. A smartphone isn’t exactly a product you need a lot of flair on... since almost everyone puts it in a case anyway.
