I am going to say fake. The triangle style props on the bottom (as in the three that are taller than the rest) are a terrible idea, it makes the back so easy to unbalance and move. Plus, why would they not put one of each of the button shapes in each corner, like a controller?

User base has a lot to do with how often issues are discovered in your product, though. A lot.
