@AlfLup: They did, and they are around. Oddly Tom Clancy and John Woo are mysteriously absent and are likely to be called "persons of interest".

Broke into the wrong God damn rec room, didn't ya you bastard!
I can see this now, as a "gift" from my employer, made with sub-par materials covered with some executive platitude and a corporate emblem.
@99TelepodProblems: I see your Death Star and raise you The Sun. [ngrams.googlelabs.com]
@strawberrybathtub: None at all. I don't know about investing though.
Eschenbach makes great lenses, but beyond that their company reps are top notch. I work with a lot people with limited vision and I a have seen them loan out several magnifiers, speciality monoculars, etc. so a person can try them out. I have heard them talk somebody into a more reasonable purchase that fit that…
@joule79: Only plaid it on a Sega, with a controller. Wasn't as bad as Myst, Prince of Persia, or some early platformers.
@gamefan2000: Delphine Software's Another World (Out Of This World) and Flashback round out my wants to see on the iOS platform.

@YOUCANNOTDENY: Lens[:]
@Fulgrymm: "he could not justify a character that's an electrical engineer, failing a roll to install a light switch or something similarly mundane."
I am quite happy with the Palladium system, all of the calculations needed are percentile based, no need for complex calculations to figure out hybrid orbitals or to make a save.
A hearing test, so they know what their real baseline is.
@Curves: Live action versions of cartoons are dubious at best. I have dreamed of Robotech being adapted, a serialized version of Battle Of the Planets (The real G-Force sans hamsters), and after watching Boomerang at a friends house, The Herculoids. What was odd about seeing The Herculoids as an adult was that the…
