Yeah about that...ESPN, Fox, NBC, and I’ll even throw in CBS, couldn’t do this even if they wanted to. The NFL has such a stronghold on them with the TV contracts that any reporter for them would probably be fired if they even thought about publishing a series like this.

Two strange things happened with the reporting of the Nationals offer, which I wasn’t really able to delve into in the piece.

I thought the fight scenes in the 70s Musketeers movies were the most realistic. They look like they were trying to kill each other by any means possible. And Christopher Lee was a great theatrical swordsman and a skilled fencer, but he was very convincing here with the “realistic” style:
