Oh, and I also had Audi Fox for #11. My second car was a '74 (or was it a '71?) in crap brown. I really liked that car.

I went with Tatanka for #10... Does that count?

A fire in a Jag? No. Way. Lucas Electrics potentially at fault? Tell me it's not so!

@Turboner: Yup. Strap a couple of RATO units to the bed and he'd have some serious motivation. Until he hits the end of the long stretch of straight highway that he finds out too late isn't long enough.

Aaaahhhhhhh!!!!! Too many choices.

@tekamul: This thing gives all the benefits of a roadster/sports car, and most states consider three-wheelers to be motorcycles. So they're licensed as motorcycles and regulated as motorcycles, which means fewer emissions controls, fewer safety geegaws, less weight, etc...

If you'd take a zero off the price I'd say "Nice Price", but $70,000? I'd say crack pipe with a nitrous injector. Woohoo!!!

@Jamesface: I was waiting for that, hoping someone else would do it so's I wouldn't have to. Heart click for you, sir!

@Murilee Martin: Yeah, yeah, whatever. Don't tell me the thought didn't at least cross your mind. If not, the weekend gig just ain't working out.

@John Krewson: But if he hadn't demonized the Corvair, would we still love it as much as we do?

Cool. The only question in my mind is, why is this not the very first DOTS to PCH post?

A respectable 130 points for my e28. There ought to be extra points for a ratty paint job and a definitive "project car" look about a car though.

Nice! I like it almost as much as this one.

Crud; clicked too soon. It was done up with a Caterpillar radiator and Caterpillar-yellow wheels. Some huge sprocket for a steering wheel and a huge Crescent wrench for a shifter.

You call that low?

Big trucks that carry race cars. I think that's called heaven, right?

And while all y'all's at it, put a sweater on.

Any viewing of Khan isn't complete without first seeing the Space Seed episode. Ricardo was awesome in that.

I like the Twingo's pedals; might have to mimic that on my own car, since the pedals are worn nearly smooth.
