No Mass Effect 3?
No Mass Effect 3?
+10,000 points for the Chloe pic
I paid $5 this weekend to get the Physician with Mask costume in AC4 multiplayer and it was WORTH EVERY PENNY
I loved this gif for the record.
Windows 8 makes no sense on this machine
I owned an XB1, and had at least 2 of the giant controllers. I actually thought they were somewhere between adequate and good. But I have huge hands. Just about everybody I know who tried to play on those giant controllers hated them and once the S came out, those friends never used the giant controllers again. I'd…
I actually did like the original wall-clock-sized XB1 controller, as an owner of a set of large hands myself. But that's not to say it didn't have an awful design, strictly and objectively speaking, because most people I know absolutely couldn't use it as well as other controllers.
GASP! This is true blasphemy! I loved the Dreamcast, irrationally, I'll admit. Something about playing Crazy Taxi on my couch. And Jet Grind Radio. Definitely a weird controller though.
So these guys think the controller should be the centerpiece. Didn't they design the worst controller ever (the original monster XB controller)?
I'm sure this article won't breed any of the partisan flame war bickering we've seen from fanboys of either console.
Yo, as somebody who preordered a PS4 and still hasn't received it yet - F some old lady who doesn't even know what it is posting an unboxing video!
So she surveyed the unboxing video landscape, thought they were boring, and decided that..... this was the answer.
Still a strong offering for those like me, whose primary time to game coincides with my girlfriend's primary time to watch bad TV shows in the evening. Sure, honey, watch Revenge, I'll just play AC4 on my Vita!
Thank goodness! I have a complex AV setup and my tuner is wedged in a media center, so this is going to save me 15 minutes of rewiring.
I disliked Ghosts at first. I prestiged in every game since MW2 and thought BO2 was the pinnacle of the series. Ghosts has grown on me a ton over the last week, and I think that's been the general experience for a lot of my friends who play it. I think they've done a good job of balancing the weapons with the maps, so…
The argument that the review has to do with the reviewer is somewhat blunted by the fact that Kotaku (and as far as I know, only Kotaku) refer to their pieces as GAME: THE KOTAKU REVIEW. If it's Evan's review, or Stephen's review, why is it referred to as THE KOTAKU REVIEW.
MSBS seems very popular from what I've seen so far. That and the Ak 12. I'll have to give them a shot. ARs generally seem favored over SMGs, a flip from BO2.
Double XP weekend is definitely helping, though it feels like that just makes the progression roughly equivalent to the rate of progression from BOII. What is your main loadout?
It is SO SLOW. Painfully slow. And when most good guns take some fiddling with attachments to optimize, that's 3-4 levels of squad points down the drain just to try a new setup. I've taken to running an ammo crate kill streak just so i can start sampling random guns.
I'd enjoy it if the main page of Kotaku borrowed a little more from the topics covered in TAY. Why not have Kotaku writers do more than aggregate the same news I can read on any site? It seems like its a race to the bottom in video game journalism today to "break" stupid news about CoD resolutions, publish incomplete…
