I swear, men are so stupid. Zero people want pictures of our dicks.

Yeah, we knew this Spanish dude in the neighborhood who would make custom (non-DOT acceptable) interior furnishings for your car. We had a rudimentary chandelier in there (it was attached by 3 points, lights didnt work) , door to door rear view mirror made of around 8 sections or mirror, all very ghetto. We learned

Is that a can of ether engine starter in the cupholder for the carboulator ?

Euro cars in the late 70s and early 80s (but my 82 benz had a smash wheel horn). I distinctly remember Ford’s from the time having a stalk horn, which is weird because I wasn’t born but the original escort had a horn stalk.

Sure, I’m gonna take advice on what news is fake or real from a guy who thinks an X-type is a real Jag!

I drove a 318 Diplomat in the mid 90s. “Drivable” was about all this thing was. It drove. Nothing more, nothing less. We had a chandelier in the thing for a little while.

This race was further proof that the prototypes are rubbish to watch. The GT classes will forever be the best part.

Just great. So 20 years before millions, FUCKING MILLIONS, of death cars are finally off the road.

Real. Talk. Some pretty tail light examples. All from the mid to late 90s.

That’s why I mentioned the VW diesel loyalist. A lot of those buyers were repeat buyers. But there were a lot of new customers mixed in that were sold on that “clean diesel” image that they were peddling to customers. They pretty much shot themselves in the foot sales wise.

lol Those are some damn good points. Once you’re able to overcome the computerized hurtles, we don’t have a problem fixing the actual problem if you have the patience and tools for it. I will go old man for a second and complain about how many more tools one needs to work on modern cars, and I’m not even talking about

That last bit about “new cars being too complicated” to old farts is something I realized a few years back when I noticed how adept I had become at troubleshooting the very systems that I heard the old timers grousing about. It really isn’t too complicated.

I came to this realization a few weeks ago when I realized that the cars I look for on craigslist stop after 2006 or so. As a millennial, I think the 1985-2005(ish) two-decade period was the high point in cars. Design was only getting better, power was coming back, things were computerized to a point but not to

These are great tips. Thank you!

States’ rights has been a trigger for me for years due to debates over marriage equality.

Thanks, you just gave me nightmares.

Don’t forget about the pot drugs.

Could not have said it better myself.

I was hoping I wasnt the only one seeing this.

I agree. When you state in the article that buying a new car can be exciting (new car fever) you can be assured that your ability to make sound decisions is at least somewhat compromised. New car buyers are like topless drunk girls dancing on a bar. Somebody is going to fuck them, and that person is an asshole.
