Some good points here. Technically speaking, they didn’t really lose an existing English dub, since most of it would’ve been in the all new story, but I do get it feeling like there’s a loss. Ah, business is a cruel world.

Spirits Within isn’t terrible, but you’d have more fun playing an actual game.

Man, I must be out of the loop because I don’t recognize a lot of these voice actors. However, I have complete faith in Atlus’ dub work after I fell in love with the Persona 4 English dub, so I expect these guys to kill it too!

I think I’m ready to love all these characters! Then get crushed when they inevitably start dropping off like flies. Predicting a very sad ending with a touch of hope. A new hope, if you will.

It is MAD slow! The game certainly takes its sweet time setting the stage and the players, but then seeing it all come together is very satisfying!

The original Cold Steel was pretty fantastic! Leaned a little too much on anime stereotypes for me at times, but not bad at all. I prefer the story and writing of Trails in the Sky, but the gameplay in Cold Steel was more my cup of tea.

Such a terrifying and well done moment. Although, I think the original series did it better, and not just the scene. You got an extra episode with the family to really like them before it happens. Big difference!
