Heh. Still, you have to admit that at the very best, you've got a 50/50 shot, and being on the right side of that wall involves something you have absolutely no control over: Everyone else.

The last time that happened, Nintendo actually bought the rights to the porno so it couldn't be distributed any more. So yeah! This could be profitable!

Which is 90% of the machine's price to begin with. I thought you meant someone was selling full arcade cabinets for $20; I figured they had dead dog carcasses for circuit boards...

It's all about luck, man. Be in the right place at the right time, and work your ass off promoting. Even doing so, it's still about luck. There's a huge sea of shit out there; standing out as the best-looking turd (No offense! I'm just saying it all looks the same at some basal level) is difficult.

I'm not disagreeing with you. I'm just saying, if Nintendo takes offense to it and shuts it down with a C&D, that'd be it. Litigation is expensive; sending a letter saying "knock this shit off" to the kickstarters or Kickstarter itself is a fairly simple, cheap fix.

I would argue any arcade cabinet being sold for $20 would probably not be worth the hassle to obtain it.

See, I knew you were smart.

There won't be a lawsuit if it gets shut down. Kickstarter doesn't take any money until a project reaches its goal and the event is over.

You act like companies don't re-release old content every day.

Because money.

It shouldn't. It's pretty clear-cut.

"Is it yours?"

"No."

"Did we give you permission?"

"No."

"Then kindly fuck off."

Interesting.

As the only console in the history of consoles to make you pay for the privilege of playing games online, I can't honestly say I believe all the outrage over this. And I wasn't complaining... I'm laughing heartily at their expense and supplying observations of my own. :)

Oh man, having multiple Xboxes and they dare make me pay for a subscription for ALL SIX OF THEM.

Jesus, who shit in your oatmeal this morning?

Uh... No.

Well, beat it down and move on with your morning!

They don't give a shit. "So buy an Xbox One for a superior value." Just think! At that rate, the Xbox One would pay for itself in a couple years!

This only affects people who plan on continuing to use the 360; Xbone users are unaffected.

So... works as intended.
