Uh, that wasn't actually the impression I got from the panel. They're going to be using Avatar style effects to moc-ap the actors and make Orcs from their performances, I don't think we'll be seeing people running around in green skin make-up.

Yeah, it's a satire. You see, those two characters are in a position where them making out is VERY ICKY.

So thus they're satirically going at it in an overblown way to maximize the ick factor. It was over-sexualized in the service of the joke, not for pure gratuitousness, I think this one gets a pass.

Nightwing? The dude in the video was dressed up as Robin, presumably Dick. Though it appears he uses Tim's Bo staff because this game is being salvaged from Arkham City assets to make a cheap buck. -_-
