You just played three games worth of hard thought-compelling decisions. Now in the climax you suddenly want a black and white good/bad ending? Really? The synthesis choice is totally in line with everything that came before, making a hard choice with pros and cons.

There's nothing wrong with the Synthesis extended ending. #opinion

Sleeping Dogs was 1000 times better than GTAV and had a better radio station selection. (Ninja Tune!!!)

Could I play AC: Rogue before AC: IV? I want to get IV on PS4, but am not going to get that console till late next year methinks.

I think Shepard's death is softened and even heartening with EDI's final grateful line in the synthesis ending: "I am alive, and I'm not alone." Totally worth it.

Spoiler talk yo.

I just finished an epic month long marathon of the Mass Effect trilogy. It has become my favourite franchise as a result. Obviously with so much time since release, the games are patched, all DLC out, plus extended endings, so I basically had little to complain about. But it's still weird to see so much hate spewed at

I recently re-watched Swordfish. There is a long montage of Hugh Jackman hacking to his heart's content on multiple monitors and it is hilarious.

Great manga. I reviewed it on MAL. I even love the 'farmland' arc. Overall it's just a refreshing change of tone from most other manga.

I'm pretty sure anyone who is 'tired of it' is Caucasian and male. I'm sure they'd change their tune if they'd grown up playing video games that were mostly populated with female Jamaicans*. After a while they'd want a little bit more diversity, a little bit more male Caucasian characters to relate to, having grown

Rock armor DLC.

I've written about the same thing, I find the franchise incredibly frustrating because it just needs clarity to make it enjoyable.

The ship level is completely unnecessary from a narrative standpoint, but it's my favourite, love the physics and crazy shenanigans.

We live in Jean Baudrillard's simulacra and simulation.

The amount of people throwing the word 'snob' at people who read books really says it all doesn't it?

Me too. I'm going to get the complete edition of Civ5 for Mac soon just to see what the fuss is about. I hear Gandhi's a friendly guy in it.

Makes you wonder what the next equivalent gaming legend is? Struggling to think of anything as crazy and epic as the Atari landfill story.

I'd like to hear some more standards:

Still no goat armour? What is this bullshit?

Nearing the end of Dishonored. Man, if only they sorted out their priorities when it comes to stealth/action it would be a perfect first entry of a franchise. But unfortunately the game keeps giving the impression you should play stealth, while giving you all these toys and opportunities for mayhem. It's jarring.
