This whole preview reads like a Cinema Sins script.

Not every game has to be work of art or make logical sense. Sometimes we’re allow to have these things as long as the end result is something fun.

I’m one of the people who spent money on this game. I don’t regret it. I loved the (most of) time I spent playing. It felt like a classic passionate dev and monolithic publisher. WB reaped the benefits of the success but that didn’t filter down as budget increases that would help the devs who were struggling keeping

Last new character was in November.
Limited number of stages. Variants have been added but only one truely new stage in rotation since launch.
Most new content is for pay cosmetics items which are overpriced.
Seasonal events that are a grind unless you purchase the previously mentioned cosmetics which make it less of

It’s fine if you think that Tie Fighter is the best game, most would agree, but his statement is that Dark Forces just feels the most like Star Wars. I would argue that’s a pretty accurate statement.

It didn’t. Speculators assumed that this was WotC opening the floodgates so they sold off their cards in anticipation. The result was a mass influx of hard to get cards which tanked the prices on some of them. Essentially, it was collectors/speculators flooding the market and devaluing their own cards because WotC

I love how he takes credit for the success of some of the biggest indie titles of the last few years because he gave them exposure. JFC. Is there a hat big enough on his swollen melon.

How is anyone who has paid any attention to the stories of PSVR “portssurprised by this? We’ve been hearing years now that porting amounts to rebuilding the game from scratch thanks to the way PSVR handles tracking. With the PSVR2 ditching that system, and getting more in line with current tech, backwards

Analogue is already at max capacity... for now. A developer porting a core today is still a sale down the line for Analogue. Yes, there is the potential to bring in new Patreon subscribers but at the risk is alienating the ones you already have. Analogue, stands to make out better on this deal than the devs or it

I started watching Domestic Girlfriend because of Gigguk’s video on it. I had to to see how much of a train wreck it was for myself. When I finished watching the show I read the entirety of the manga and... it does not end well. It ends with “Worker and Parasite” levels of what the hell was that.

Here’s a blog from mGBA dev Endrift talking about their experience when they were in talks with Analogue to help with parts of the Pocket’s GBA core:

Eh, I find is really weird that Analogue, a company with a pretty polarizing reputation in the FPGA community, now want other FPGA devs to make cores for it’s product essentially for free.

Maybe you guys should talk to some of these community devs to get their perspective on it rather than just cheerlead for Analogue.

Pretty much. I was in during EA, even bought a 4 pack on Steam to play with friends, the scope was limited and it got old quick. We moved on just as quick though some of the stuff in that trailer makes me wonder if I give it another shot.

It’s been said before but I’ll say it again. Nintendo had success with the original Splatoon’s model of “release lite and then have a drip feed of content to drive player retention and keep it in the news cycle.” They’ve been plying this since to varying degrees of success ever since. It tends to hurts their sports

Besides the obvious Dino Crisis vibes, I was getting big EDF vibes off of this.

I see Bayo 3 as more of a September/October release. It isn’t splashy enough to hold down a Holiday.

I’m not here to defend B4B (played the beta, didn’t care for it) but this is either lazy reporting or just straight up baiting. While Steam is the biggest it isn’t the be all end all of PC gaming. Of it’s two biggest competitors one had a month long $10 coupon that could be used to purchase game at a reduced price and

Tell me you’ve never played a Metroid game before without telling me you’ve never played a Metroid game before.

Tommy will be in the Reptar Wagon and just be an echo fighter of Reptar.

Good to know. Thanks.
