Why is it that video games are the only place that people think they can make additions to an existing work, without the consent of the IP holders, and then get mad when they get told to stop?

I could be the best filmmaker in the world but I can’t go out and shoot a bunch of scenes, add them to an existing film, remix

I’ve been following this for some time and they made sure to account for those things.

Really? I always read Betty as being the stereotypical 90s RadFem. If they really wanted to update the character following that mindset then modern Betty would be a TERF.

Easiest way to counter is to ask Apple if they consider themselves purveyors of smut because they allow internet browsers, which may be used to connect to porn sites, on iOS devices. Seriously, that is all the itchIO store app is, a browser.

Yeah as others have said the HDMI-CEC is the non-Sony branded version that has already existed for years and it isn’t great. I had to turn it off on the PS5 because I didn’t want to turn on the console every time I turned on the TV.

Is it the lore or the thought of playing that’s driving these feelings? There are plenty of way to engage with the story of MtG that don’t require any money. Wizards regularly publishes stories for free on their website and occasionally as e books. As far as playing the game goes you can always dip your toes back in

When I was younger I would swap the Quake CD with Pretty Hate Machine, so while I associate NIN with Quake it isn’t because of the Quake soundtrack.

That’s cool. Maybe I get it new PSVR before Sony ever sends me my camera adapter. The first shipment just never arrived and subsequent phone calls to Sony resulted in the promise another will be shipped. Now on week 14 of not having one, I’m not holding my breath.

Cool. Doing nothing wrong on a technical level, but ethically, yeah. If it wasn’t an attempt to fool users then why not rename your company “overwhelmingly negative” and come back at it.

What?

Considering that less than 6 million units of Super Mario 3D World were sold for the Wii U and there are 70 million potential Switch owners to sell to I can confirm you are in the minority.

I get it. You want the new thing they added to the rerelease of an old thing solely to appeal to people like you but don’t want

CALAMITY BOWSER! SUPER SAIYAN CAT MARIO! ...playable bowser junior...

Half-Life 2 is really creaky in this day and age. The highs are really high but are fleeting. You know what isn’t fleeting? Dune buggies and hoverboats. They kill all the momentum of the game and just go on and on and on and on and on an.....

They address it in the opening.

This has to be a hold over from the original, pre-Switch, WiiU version. Right? I mean the ability to import you and you’re friends Mii’s as NPCs was probably a feature at some point.

No mention of Marvel’s Avengers? Wasn’t a terrible game but wasn’t great either. Square Enix had big plans for it as an ongoing live service but it’s looking to be the next Anthem.

Have fun in the Need for Speed mines Codemasters.

The stylistic identity of the brand still lives on in the Disney Store exclusive Toybox line of figures. Not all of them are great looking, smaller characters got it the roughest, and some look like they chopped up and added joints to the Infinity model but there are some gems in there.

I think this would be a different story had they just waited until they had shored up some more content and released it at launch of the PS5/XSX with being those lead SKUs.

I bought an Elite 2 earlier this year and it is everything I wanted in a premium controller. I’ve pretty much exclusively used it on my PC and hadn’t touched another controller until I had to use a standard One controller for work. It just felt wrong. The sticks and buttons felt stiff and the plastic felt cheap. What
