I’ve seen murderers get lesser sentences than this. Seems a bit extreme. 

Wow, in the US that kind of business savvy gets you the Oval Office.

Five of those six came from a retirement home and were 75+ all with significant geriatric health issues. The other was not from the home but was also an older woman with underlying health issues.

Of which at least 5 (1 case, a person in their 40's, we don’t know about yet) of those were older and all had “underlying health issues”. 1 was 50's, the rest were 70+. The “OMG THE MORTALITY RATE IS HIGHER THAN WE THOUGHT BECAUSE LOOK AT WASHINGTON STATE” panic is inflated because it hit a poor nursing home.

and, the major center of the Seattle outbreak has been in a community of elderly people, those most at risk from COVID-19.

Some fools are hoarding masks. Me? I’ve been hoarding lungs.

Luckily Trump said we can just use the flu vaccine that we already have, and we’ll have a specific vaccine in just a couple months. No worries... The best people are in charge.

Even after it dies down, you can always threaten them with the prospect of creating the next coronavirus because they didn’t wash their hands enough.

Neutral: My kids are finally washing their hands a little more than usual. It’s gotten cliché, almost comical, to say “Kids, hands! Now. Coronavirus!” and they just hop to it.

Considering that the virus has barely begun to spread in the US, I feel this is a month too early to make this claim.
