I actually listened to a Nissan salesman tell other people “why spend an extra $5K on a G37 when its just a Maxima with an Infiniti badge?” So yeah when the actual salespeople dont know the difference between RWD/AWD with a 7AT and FWD with a CVT, I wouldnt expect the buyers too, either!

One of the models increased to 135K today. Was at about 73K this morning.

This. Either because of sadness of the bad engine in this one, or a congratulations once you fix the bad engine.

No doubt, if I were in the healthcare field I would be doing much more precise checks of fit.  As it is Ive been out of the house maybe 5 times in the last month, wearing the mask each time and basically avoiding people altogether....if I have to end up near someone I hold my breath just to be sure, then exhale when I

Loving my half-face-mask with P100 filters right about now. I think I look scary enough that people naturally stay away which helps maintain social distance.

This is why I do not find “focusing on the out the door price” to be “wise”. They can (and will) “make it work” to fit your numbers.

Victory lap if you’re negative?

On our 3rd week of ”online learning”, Im starting to think teachers arent needed either .....

The failures occur on the 5.7 even without MDS.

Our EVERYTHING wasn’t prepared for this. And Im still seeing people pile into bars, etc like nothing could ever possibly happen to them or anyone else they’ll eventually come in contact with.

Yeah I figured they do. But the comment above does bring up a good point....if they happen to NOT know, or maybe they had bad data and realized its possible config for tractor Y has been confused with config for tractor Z. Doubtful, I know, but there is always the possibility.

Dont give FCA any ideas!

If they dont have a way to determine if the software has been dickered with, that’s their own darn problem.

Not a software CHANGE, but lots of cars (right now Im thinking about my 2017 RAM 1500) have modules that need to “talk” to the body control module. They become “married” to said BCM. When replacing certain of these modules, the replacement needs to become “married” to the BCM.....its not technically a software change,

Job security.

Especially after buying that brand new $50K SUV.

At least here in the US Im pretty sure every death Ive read about was listed with “previous medical history unknown” or “deceased had a history of .... “. Im not sure Ive seen anyunexplained” deaths.

A family member is looking at used vehicles, specifically a Kia. He has joked about how he should stay away from the Kias because they might have the virus on them.

FWIW travelling on the Merritt Parkway in any weather any time of any day of any day of the year is basically risking your life. Of course, I95 here in CT is not any better.

There is more than one human Coronavirus...I remember seeing a bottle with that label that you’re thinking of. I figure someone has tried it on the “Novel” Coronavirus and it didnt work....I suppose it would be funny if it did actually work
