Don’t forget the bubble gum!

My bad.

Not only the S2K confirmed for 2018:

I owned a few used and new American cars and my issue with them wasn’t MAJOR quality issues (i.e. the drivetrain and suspension were fine), they were mostly around how the initial quality dropped off over time not measured in years, but months. Rattles, vibrations, etc.

Murphy!

Thats how many it had on it when it (literally) rolled onto the lot. About a year and a half ago.

Yeah Nissan has had a lot of issues with CVTs since they started using them. Not sure if its a supplier thing or what.

And not just with the Maxima. Nissan/Infiniti and any CVT in general has been a mistake. They all seem plagued with horrible reliability, problems that no one knows how to really fix, etc. Seriously considered a QX60 (Infiniti Pathfinder) until I started reading that they are still having problems with the CVT, after

But the Nissan salesman I know told me FOR SURE that buying the new Maxima is much better than spending a bit more and getting a (then) G37, since they are *the same car*!!!

+1 for the image generated by a Tesla “grinding” against a trailer

After being faced with a leaking gas tank on my 01 Frontier, I took a bit to look around for a new or at least “new to me” truck.

Them implies plural. Looks like there was only one after all.

Minus the NSX, arent Acuras just Hondas with leather? Or are we referring to the opposite where both Acuras AND Hondas can get leather, so Acura actually equals Honda?

Which experience? The first or the thousandth?

My wife had an ‘86. Lots of miles on it but the thing ran great.

If I ever find enough money under a rock and decide to purchase a new truck, it would be a crew cab so I could carry my kids.

Crushed by a meteor?

Nice guys finish last.
