I now know that I want a PDK and a Sabine.

Or, umm, I dunno....slow down?

Takata is exacting its revenge.

I was worried that I *wouldn’t* get it off and if I was too rough with it I’d be left with a half destroyed rotor. At least if I couldn’t get it off but it was still intact the car would still be driveable.

Similar story....first time I changed the rear brakes on our ‘03 TL the rotor wouldn’t budge worth a poop. I had changed rotors on plenty of other slightly older Jap cars (Nissan, Honda, etc) so I figured a few taps with a rubber mallet would do it, but no go.

Thank you for bringing up those bad memories from my cars past.

Are they using the nylon blocks on the timing belt tensioners like they use on the 3.7L (from the G37/Q50)? Some people have mentioned that the nylon blocks wear out....timing chain doesnt need to be replaced, but it might as well be if you need to replace those tensioner blocks.

Cuz why?

“Game off!”

Riding in or driving?

Whats next?

Agreed (mostly because thats what I have at home :) ). Maybe Gen-Handful is a better term?

My only regret is that I wont be around to see some Gen double D-ers

My dad has owned several ‘verts (pretty useless for me to own one in the Northeast) and he keeps the tops down 100% of the time....this is the reason. Tops are expensive to replace if someone cuts through it hoping to find something in the car. Might as well leave it down and let them lean over and take it (not that

In business parking lots (i.e. where I dont leave my car very long) I do the “park far away” thing, walking doesnt bother me.
