Sounds dumb but helped me a lot. Adult coloring books, journals and kitting VERY simple slippers, adding “traction” bars of dried glue on the bottom and donating to Veterans hospitals, shelters etc. I used “darker manly” colors and patterns are so simple you can watch TV and listen to audio books. xxoocf
