sure, if you’re looking at tap handles. But who’s looking at the menu and then matching it up to tap handles? Especially when they’re not always easy to see/read from the bar.

and sure, that’s fine, but it’s not on the customer to have a snap answer ready the second you say “nope, don’t got it” and shouldn’t result in the bartender disappearing for another 5 minutes when I glance back down to pick something else.
Well, if you have a semi-fluid list of beverages, and don’t put in the effort to notify the customers what you _actually_ are serving, it leads to a lot of this hemming and hawing as we play the “Do you have this? or that?” back and forth.
I usually have a secondary choice, but it does require me to look back at the menu, since I haven’t committed it to memory.
hence why so many bars have chalkboard (or hell, digital) displays. keg tabbed, board erased, boom. And yes, many bars I go to print out menus every day. Or at the very least a board saying “out of X”
No more so than the bartender/establishment that fails to erase tapped beers or unavailables from the menu so I have to re-decide.
Sure, this all applies if the bartender is better than average.

Keep fucking us up all the way to the World Series please.
You should’ve listened and tried Blavod.
It’s very very very much like participating in a comments section, except you have better control over the comment pool, and it’s marginally more tailored to you. Say you want a book recommendation because you’re running dry.
It’s clear Daniel and Drew aren’t programmers.
I kinda liked it. Nothing amazing, but just a sorta okay IPA with some creaminess. There’s just no market for that. I can never see myself actually ordering it.
Anyone going to the Magnify Brewing tap takeover in Fort Lee?
good sleeper pick in daily fantasy?
hell, they could hire me and I’ll go out and pick up a couple of bottles and show how to get started and how to mix a few drinks. would be fun.
