I’ve played this game a few times in its earlier stages a year (or two?) ago. It’s impressive (for a free game), and gives you the option to not keep or brand your servants as slaves, essentially you build their trust for you, so that they want to stick around, rather than just be ‘slaves’ in the traditional sense…

I’ve lived in apartments for nearly 15 years now, and I’ve never had noise problems. Though to be fair, I also avoid the inner city and apartment high-rises, so perhaps those issues are more characteristic of those locations? Not sure what your living arrangement was.
