In my opinion, it appears to be a professionally done car and, at least from the pictures, the details look well sorted. People that throw together a "hack job" V8 swap don't normally spend any time or energy making their Frankenmiata look that, well, stock! It's a beautiful swap.

Uhhh, oops?

two-stroke. Close cousin of the one-pump chump.

Doug DeMuro's ears just perked up....

Daddy like. Me want one, pronto.

Luck, or a CPA... I use the CPA. lol Oh, and the 84 month bad idea thing... that was kinda my point. But trust me, whether I purchase or lease, I pick the one that works better for me. As should everyone, which was my original point in the post. Unfortunately, the people that "get that", are the only ones that

Re: GAP insurance and lease "down payments".

Q: Based on what?

Sorry, although my reply landed under your post, I wasn't technically replying TO you, but more of a reply to the general audience. That being said, if you point out a specific situation where you're screwed, in all fairness it benefits your audience if you point out that it's pretty commonplace that you're not

Jesus-Christ-on-a-cracker. Beautification? This douche-nozzle is contributing NOTHING. Nothing to that house. Nothing to that neighborhood. Nothing to the City of Detroit. Give me a goddamn break with this fucking asshattery. He doesn't believe anything he's saying and I damn sure hope he doesn't think *I* do.

That is bordering on misinformation. Not quite because you're technically correct, but.... there's always a "but". lol I have, on lease, 30-35 cars at any given time for my business. There's not a leased car that rolls off that lot for me that doesn't have what's commonly known as "Gap" insurance. Gap insurance,

Just watch your speed in Virginia.

You may well be correct as that has been what my wife keeps saying. She's a much cooler head than I. Just weighing options. I just can't get the look on my son's face and the wavering in his voice out of my head. The boy's too much of a Dudley Doright to veer from the straight and narrow and he was treated like

Indeed he did, and for that I am eternally thankful that he was smart/scared enough to keep his mouth shut, do what they said and then leave in one piece sans chokeholds or poorly placed bullet wounds. That being said, this is far from being over.

Being a "clean cut white guy" doesn't guarantee ANYTHING with cops these days. Just ask my "clean cut white guy" 18 year old son. Starting his freshman year in college in a couple weeks. National Honor Society in HS. Straight A student. Varsity Athlete, blah blah blah. Was sitting at a red light this past

Besides, it's cyclical. When the kiddos have to go back to school at the end of the month, most of "those comments" go away. At least during the day.... which is enough. lol

Thanks. I sat here LMFAO after reading that. I nearly snorted. (...but not cocaine...)

Corpus Christi gives you a second as well. 103 degrees says, "...turn off the a/c? f*ck that."

Egggggz-actly. I had to actually restrain myself from laughing out loud when I read one of the linked articles that referred to her as "...female automotive expert, Jessi Lang...". I'm sorry, what *exactly* qualifies her as an "automotive expert"? Give me a break.

I feel like I need a tetanus shot just looking at the picture. Nevermind entrusting my life below the ocean in that god forsaken rust bucket.
