@David Hume: The rumor I always heard most frequently was that she was either screwing around or pissed that Pelle was intoxicated, and reached over and killed the ignition. Compounding this rumor is that she was sitting on her boyfriend's lap in the front seat and able to reach across to the left side of the cabin.

Brian, what's your stance on the rumor that the crash was caused by Kathy McNeal turning off the ignition while at a high rate of speed, thus freezing the power steering and making the turn impossible?

@ClueHeywood: I was going to nominate Mr. Beige, but he missed the 5 year threshold having been mercifully fired mid-season. Same for McGinnis.

As I'm sure the Emeritus or ClueHeywood would attest, Joe Bugel deserves serious consideration for inclusion on this list. In fact, Top 3 is not unreasonable with his 24 and 56 record.

How much customized filming is required by the coaching staff and video coordinator (ie - are they giving constant instructions to the camera operator to capture certain parts of practice)? Wouldn't it make sense to put a remotely operated camera with pan/tilt/zoom on these lifts that can be operated from the ground?
