Damn, didn’t know Sirens was cancelled.

That is all I want from my job, to work as much as I need to while I am “at work”, even if that means occasionally staying late, then turn my mind off as soon as I leave.

While I agree with everyone who disagreed with you below (of course there other things you could do besides Netflix), I actually love watching movies, it is truly one of my hobbies, and if I could do it more I absolutely would.

Right there with you, but I havent even done a cost analysis. I’m just too lazy to bother cooking. The last thing I want to do in my down time is plan meals and shop on a Sunday, or take time to to cook at 7:00pm when I get home from work. It does not interest me, nor do I find homemade meals much more appetizing. I

That was one for me too. Fuck sweet potatoes.

My mother gave me the same ultimatum growing up. I just had a lot of nights where I didn’t eat dinner (or just ate the main course, because it was usually side dishes I didn’t like). No one was the worse for wear. She did her best to get me to eat. I was stubborn and held out. To this day I’m still a relatively picky

One friend right now has been harassing them for 6 months probably because he consistently gets text messages days later. They admit it is a network issue but can’t really do anything for him. He says next step if seeing if it’s a network/phone pairing issue and trying to get a loaner from the store.

I rode it every day for 9th and 10th grade in high school (went to a magnet not in my area)(this was around 98/99), and my mom rode it every morning and every afternoon for 20 years. It is plenty busy during morning and afternoon rush, even now. But no it is not NY subway packed if that is the goal.

I dont know what I will do when I move to a job that doesnt give me free access to wifi. My boss is a completely technologically challenged so I have no concerns doing whatever I want on work wifi, and then i have my wifi at home, but even with that I hit 2GB last month, and 2.5GB the month before.

I’m in Miami and have a few friends with T-Mo, and I hear both ends of the spectrum for them, which is why I didn’t move my family plan to them when we decided to leave Sprint (which consistently had bad service for me here).

If you live somewhere with good T-Mobile it probably is worth going with T-Mo over AT&T, but that is not the case everywhere, and definitely shouldn’t be considered if you travel a lot.

The passiveness of TV is what makes it enjoyable for me. The ability to get home from work and just turn it on and not think about what I want to watch is comforting.

My cord cutting is occurring in stages. I watch a lot of television, so I had biggest package possible, but I dont bother with any of the streaming services, not even netflix. I had the full package of movie channels and and at any given time I could turn on the TV and have 20+ channels of movies to see if something

Fair enough. When I started my reply it showed no replies to your post. Apologies.

How is someone supposed to cross bodies of water (like rivers) in the Jeep? Are we trusting someone to build a raft strong enough to support the Jeep? Do they need to travel far enough north to be able to cross the some of the tributaries in the Jeep? In your example, I dont know how they cross the Mississippi River

looks like triangular french toast

My dog sees me come through the door and immediately turns around and looks for one of her toys to bring me. But to her its like a gift. She never plays tug of war, wont fetch if I throw it, she just wants me to take it from her.

I seem to be in the minority in that I genuinely enjoy going to the theater (but I also dont pay for 3d or IMAX). The theater by my house has assigned seating so no waiting in line. And good movie theater popcorn has no equal.

FWIW, I can walk into most seafood places in Miami and still order “dolphin fingers,” so it isn’t changing everywhere.
