Marvel really missed a chance using that Datsun Bluebird instead of one of these.

Yes, but you commented about last year, didn’t you?
True. I was just responding to what NoOnesPost said.
What infograph? I looked up how many people get chickenpox in the U.S. per year and how many die, and compared it to how many people have gotten COVID-19 in the U.S. and how many have died. The death rate is 62.9 times higher for COVID-19 than for chickenpox. The number of people who die is more than 6000 times higher.
Because COVID-19 is, in the U.S., 63 TIMES more deadly than chickenpox?
Last year? It was also pandemic lock-down city, remember? You can’t really compare anything to last year.
Last year I painted our master cabinets white, and also refinished the old cultured marble vanity top with a kit. It really came out nice, has held up well, and cost a tenth what a new custom top would have been.
And even when I use tap-and-go at the gas station, it still has me enter my billing ZIP, just as if I had inserted the card. My local station supports mag stripe, chip, and tap-and-go, but then it treats them all the same, as far as I can tell.
Middle of the road is fine, but I encourage you not to remodel in the cheapest way possible. The reason I’m doing it now is because the previous owner did it in the cheapest way possible.
It’s possible only the outside layer is woven. Also, I’m obligated by my username to point out that the ‘89 Shelby CSX was the first production car to have composite wheels. :)
Different types of non-stick pans are quite different, too. The advice here mainly seems to be for Teflon-type coatings, but hard anodized aluminum non-stick pans are much, much tougher. I have one small hard anodized pan that I accidentally melted a plastic spatula handle in. I had to really scrub it with steel wool…
I mean, I won’t say no to a BLT. But for me the lettuce is just a distraction from the acidic juiciness of the tomato and the crunchy, salty savoriness of the bacon. It’s a good thing I just ate lunch, or I would be salivating right now. :)
Tiramisu or something else featuring a coffee flavor could be the key to something delicious but that the kids won’t like.
I have a bit of Dukes left in the ‘fridge, but I gotta be honest, if I did a blind tasting of multiple types of mayo, I don’t think I could tell them apart.
This seems like a good place to point out that I think Wendy’s Apple Pecan Salad is a perfect salad. Every ingredient is essential and contributes 2 or more elements to the flavor. The greens are crisp and bitter. The apples are crunchy and sweet. The candied pecans are crunchy and sweet and spicy (touch of cayenne in…
Hey, that was basically the first car I ever bought, an ‘85 Ford Escort, just before my wife and I got married. My actual first car was a ‘76 Pacer my grandfather gave me when he could no longer drive. I kinda miss the Pacer!
My son worked Sundays 6-noon at a local station when he was in college. The job was mostly reading local news and sports, sometimes selecting and playing music, taking calls, and making sure the equipment was working. Here in rural America the local stations have a hard time finding and keeping people for long.
Interesting, thanks
