Exactly. I only run few applications, and after they´re installed from both exe (Totalcmd, Chrome) and Appstore (VLC), I’m good to go. But I digress: I am simple in my ways.

Haha, you got me there :) Of course that isn’t the case, but I just saw something I thought looked overly complicated for a simple (non-repeating) task. I acknowledge, that I oversimplified the situation :)

But how many times do you need to execute them? My point was, that this seemed a rather overcomplicated way of dealing with (in my case - and I generalized, sorry) a few executables. I apologize for my naive perspective :)

Far enough, I guess :) I might have oversimplified my opinion, but I just thought it was/is a bit too cumbersome to use this method, unless you had to administer a large number of executables for your pc (which is far away from my own use of a pc).
