Haha, I was just going to mention remakes of Gunship 2000 and F15! I loved those games, and with Microprose Golf and the seminal Stunt Car Racer on top the company really had my love :)

This article was written well before Fallen Order released, and I would say my verdict is, that Dark Forces and Fallen Order are the TWO best SW games out there. I have loved DF for ages and awaited something, that could rival it - and I really think that Fallen Order does a great job. It has its shortcomings, but as

You might be right, but here’s hoping you’re not :) As always, never preorder anything in this market. I’ve done it numerous times, and almost always been burned. Now, money only changes hands, when I know, what I´m getting.

I couldn’t take my eyes of that semi-final! And I have no feelings for dart normally. As one of the commentators (more or less) said - if you’re not enjoying this, there’s something wrong with you :)

Ah, but that percentage was not set by REAL fans! ;)

I agree 100% about the controller debacle! Hate the AA batteries, hate to have to buy external pack, no issues with DS4. Don’t own a Switch, but I believe you there.

All fine and dandy for newcomers, but once again, I stand here as an early adopter and feel cheated. It has happened a lot of times before - Days Gone, Just Cause 4 and of lately Control comes to mind - and even though I appreciate and understand, that games need to release in a window, I really - really - despise deve

He spent 180 hours saving up? It could have been worse...

Oh, there is. Believe me. Better graphics, framerate (Pro) and control scheme makes this game feel brand new.

Ha, mine too :)

Besides building the game anew from the ground up with contemporary graphics, they improved the controls and the framerate (for Pro), which was the two things, that really made the game feel brand new. It still requires a bit of finger gymnastics, but the improvements are beyond the call of duty - easy one of the best

Have you tried ICO as well? The story and ending in that one is equally good, and you get another great feel for the (overall shared) universe as well, which speaks volumes for Fumito Uedas vision(s).

You need to! I have both played and reviewed the game several times (in Danish, sorry, so you wouldn’t gain much from a link), and even though I love the game to death, you are right: The camera is less than optimal. In the new PS4 version, though, they have reworked the control, so they are better than the earlier

The Witness. I literally thought of the game the second I read your headline. That game stayed with me day and night for two weeks, and I couldn’t get the wonderful universe and its secrets out of my head.

They cut down on the walking? They gave you better vehicles? They improved the length of road/bridge/ziplines and brought down the resources needed? They provided better combat gameplay? They improved the messy close-quarters combat? They stabilized Sam Porter when running? They made the BTs engaging to... engage?

10-12 hours seems fine to me - especially the price taken into account. If we can get more AA-type games like these for 60% (in Denmark) of the normal asking price, I would buy more games :)

You’re looking for problems, that - for me - doesn’t exist. Digital boarding passes are great, and it saves a fraction of the rain f0rest. It ain’t much, but surely I can wait to check instagram until after the security check. Then again, I’m no millenial, so what do I know about spending one’s time optimally in a

Since I used to play these games, I thought I’d understand the finesse of this bout, but, alas, I must admit to having been too uninformed :) Time will do that to a man... Thanks for putting up with me :)

That was my conclusion as well, yes :) I expected to wince, but I only yawned.

I quit the genre after Tekken 2, but I was WAY into the early 3D fighters, both on PC, PS1 and Dreamcast, where Soul Calibur still stands as one of the best.
