The wolf was Okami, and that was bloody brilliant! Odama was the bonkers pinball-esque game with a microphone.

Det er jo en syg høne, der lagt det æg der! Yea, absolutely a favorite scene for many of us Danes :)
I am only just past halfway and 30 hours into Dishonored 2, and it is bloody brilliant! I spent four hours alone in the clockwork mansion, which is one of the best designed levels, EVAH!
My thoughts exactly. His love for the word tremendous is, honestly, unbelievable. It’s amazing he thinks he can get away with it...
Great writeup. I just replayed the first RE on PS4, and it still holds up remarkably well today. My favorite RE is (surprise, surprise) Resident Evil 4, but the first game really elevated horror games to a new level and the successor cemented the series as a heavyweight. It’s on the back of those games (and 4) that RE…
I loved the game as well. One of my best GC experiences. Btw, Roivas spelled backwards is Savior. Probably not a coincident :)
After having waited a year for Rise of the Tomb Raider for PS4, I was rather annoyed when it shipped with an almost intolerable amount of input lag. But after having created a ticket for this particular issue with SquareEnix (as many others did), they more or less fixed it with Update 1.04 yesterday.
I agree with you inasmuch that it is one of MY favourite games. On a broad scale I wouldn’t list it as one of the best GC games, as I know a lot of people found it really annoying. But maaan, it was a great game! Same goes for Viewtiful Joe, which plenty loved but fewer completed. Talk about a hard game...
List are subjective, I know, but Billy Hatcher and Odama? I own both of them, and I would never in a hundred years call them essential GC games. Odama is a curious one, indeed, but didn’t you say “best Gamecube games”?
I’ll happily pay 150 DKK (approx. 22 USD) for a digital game, if it’s polished to the same degree as Journey. It’s doesn’t need to be long, but of course it needs to excel on other levels at that price.
Slow night in the office? ;)
That’s way cool! Haven’t seen that picture, but it pretty much lays the story to rest.
That’s ... Quite a mouthful of an answer :) But I appreciate it! Anyhoo, hope you visit Denmark, meet some relaxed danes, get a few beers and enjoy yourself. That’s what I usually do, every weekend :)
THAT sentence was a bit constructed, wasn’t it?
“I know Pokémon, I have the best Pokémon!”
Almost ok. I need my fix on PS4. Both for Lumines and Chime. Music by Chvrches and Kavinsky sounds too good, sigh.
I heard it as “African American Outrage” and thought, “yeah, that fits the bill”.
Just beautiful! SO true. Even in liberal Denmark, where I’m from, PC and people getting offended to a larger degree is changing what you can say and do. Soon there’s only the homose... SWEDES to make fun of!! The Swedes!!
That is GREAT news. The charm of the universe and Bud was something special, and even though the controls was difficult (part of the design, I guess), I really loved this game. I never dared hope for a sequel, as the world needs more of these quirky titles.
Yes, it was difficult, but despite (because?) of this, I absolutely loved the game and completed it 100%. My son, aged 10, did the same, so in my mind there’s no denying its magic. But it wouldn’t hurt, if they worked a bit on the controls for the sequel :)
