When I was twelve and on a family vacation to Egypt, I was struck in the middle of the night by King Tut’s Revenge and read the entire novelization of The Empire Strikes Back in one toilet sitting while expelling every last bit of moisture from my body. After a couple of hours, I couldn’t have stood up from the toilet

RFP NO. 2. Any and all bank records, including deposit receipts, from 1990-2000.

I suspect that Trump intends to somehow tax the wire transfers that are sent back to family and use the proceeds to build a wall. What he hasn’t figured out is that it would be virtually impossible to distinguish between normal wire transfers and wire transfers by THOSE kinds of people, and the business community will

Lhotse people are saying they didn’t really climb the mountain, but Jannu, I think they did.

Lawyer here and can give a little context. A prevailing party in litigation is awarded certain costs as a matter of law. These costs typically include filing fees, service fees, and deposition costs. It very rarely includes attorney’s fees. Lengthy litigation with a large number of parties can generate a substantial

I graduated from UT Law School in June 1997 and was in the middle of my post-bar exam trip driving through Mexico for five weeks when it happened. Zaragoza ‘nother trophy to Barcelona and star to you.

The editors of Donald Trump’s first autobiography had no idea what they were getting into until he turned in his first draft...

This is a horrific no-lose plan for them. Either (a) it comes off relatively well and all those suburban whites can feel safe that they aren’t really voting for a racist and, thus, not themselves racist or (b) there are large protests, which play right into their lily-white fear that minority communities are dangerous

I watched my younger son totally move in on my older son’s favorite girlfriend this weekend at a party. As soon as his brother turned his back, brother the younger plopped down right next to her and turned on all his charm. Before I knew what was happening, they had their hands all over each other.

That was a really gusty move by Wendy Day.

Without diminishing the fact that women are woefully under-represented in the film industry, what, if any, woman-directed movies should have made the list and didn’t?

Exceptions to the rule (and congrats to your parents!) I actually think last night was fairly sincere (even if it was arranged by the producers). David looked genuinely happy about the whole thing. Who knows?

    Follow up question:

Seriously. WTF? My wife practically breaks her eyeballs while rolling them whenever she hears about someone renewing their vows. She says people only do them as a last-gasp effort to stave off the inevitable after one (or both) have done something terrible. I can’t disagree.

I think you're about to find out.
