My dream, for a Stargate Franchise would have been to end SG1 after Season 8. Or else continue it for 9 and 10 but cut out the Ori entirely and instead have the Jaffa nations descend into bickering civil war as their warleaders carve out their own petty Kingdoms amidst the stars, with many, in the final irony,

Aye, though I think that's more the fault of the franchise having written itself into a horrible corner in the last few seasons of SG1. At the start of the franchise one of the biggest draws, for me at least, was that the odds were stacked against the good guys. The Snake-heads could easily destroy Earth and almost

So it's going to be a bit like Baldur's Gate Dark Alliance? As in a semi-action RPG set in Faerun?

I'm actually rather excited about this film. And picture heading the article is absolutely fantastic! Is is an actual drawing or a picture touched up to look like a drawing?

I can almost imagine the scene where Buffy meets the Cap and for a moment completely confuses him with Riley. =D

Oh Gods yes. If nothing else they need to wipe away what they did to Deadpool. =X

Wild man Jackman is looking a little bit like Hagrid in that last picture. =D

Fun fact, Brick Top makes everything awesome!

I know. Still it makes the film silly because of the decision. =/

True. Though to be fair to the concept it has been done better more recently, at least in Videogames. Still not entirely plausible, but at least the conflict isn't entirely focused on the USA.

Yeah... no. I can stretch my suspension of disbelief a little bit but North Korea invading? It makes no sense unless this is an alternate timeline where North Korea invaded China with the help of the Soviets in the 60s and ended up conquering the whole damned lot.

Pretty cunning, don't you think?

"Plus this is the unification of the races: it's the first time that the humans, dwarves and elves stop squabbling over money and join together to fight evil. It's a massive moment both for the characters and just with the sheer size of it."

... the captain of the ship wouldn't necessarily need to wear tight pants so I fail to see your point. ;) =p

Honestly... I'd quite like the new Trek Series to be set in the alternate timeline, from the new movies.

Aye, they really do.

I'd actually quite like a civil war story-line running on from that with voluntary bionic augmentation (perhaps using similar prostheses, or ones similar to, Data's limbs and potentially even parts of his positronic brain) being banned as being too close to the genetic engineering that led to the eugenics wars and

They seem to be using their own engine, so it should be fine. I can't really remember any bad bugs or glitches with their last game they made entirely in-house (Alpha Protocol iirc). Their last buggy game was Fallout New Vegas, and frankly I had less grief with NV than I did with Fallout 3 or Oblivion, and almost all

We change Shakespeare by modify setting and background, and by the actions of the actors and directors to modify the manner in which lines are said, sequences delivered and even in what scenes are cut. Branagh's Henry V is a perfect example as it takes a play which is often seen as the most propaganda heavy of all

Almost certainly a messenger Dragon.
