From my understanding it's all about whether you install to an HD. when the games came out, HD install wasn't even a feature of the 360.

It's actually not racist. I get they way you're interpreting and his spelling doesn't help matters, but being someone who isn't legally allowed to be in a country has nothing to do with race. Now if he said something about their country of origin or the color of their skin... totally racist.
