I think that’s the point of Soldier. He’s just the archetypal fps character that new players can jump in and understand easily, so hes by nature a bit bland and boring.  I agree that he still feels well balanced.

Are you imagining Steam to be some small indie that got robbed? I can’t imagine so. Which can only mean that you see the game to be some casino, cosmetic slot machine of a game.
