Never sign a contract you aren't willing to accept whole-heartedly. I haven't signed a contract in 3-4 years that I haven't asked for changes on. If it's not in writing, don't expect it. If it is "all in writing" and the contract goes beyond that wording, then it's time to talk with the contractee about an addendum or

Ikea no longer makes these desks, but for a lot of adjustability in the height department, look for Jerker or Fredrik model on Craigslist. The adjustable legs only go so high, so if you're over 6 feet you may find that the legs mentioned do not cut the mustard. Here's a pic of the desks I'm mentioning. I got a Fredrik

I have this on my MAME cabinet. SoM has always been one of the first games I show to my friends. We all seemed to have totally missed this as children.

Monday mornings were always some of Theodore's most cherished times, for Peter would come over and lance his boils using his revolver.

I was reading through the comments for someone that shared the same sentiment. One of the most perfect beers in existence.

Some would simply call it regressing to his play at Duke, where flops are part of the game. I would be part of that contingent.

Yea, the square site registration is a pain. i think from ffxi i had to just leave an account behind because they provided no way for me to get my old information.

Now playing

A friend of mine in the Unity community has been messing around with Occulus Rift and the Razer Hydra controller together to give translational movement along with the looking capabilities of the Rift.

The refund seems like it's going to cost them money because the payment processing on the original receipt likely costs them a fee on each transaction. I hope they get it worked out, because they're likely more in the red than they were from any preexisting personal investments into the project.

If you happen to have an extra invitation code, I'd love to try it out. My diet is mostly meat, veggies, fresh fruit, and nuts. I eat a lot of almonds and almond butter.

Yea it's really only the audio that makes it seem that way. I believe you're part of the crew from reading the other comments. No offense intended, but I muted it and enjoyed it more than when I tried to listen to it. Still, I appreciate the curation of content and production quality of the video otherwise.

I'm all for this becoming how games can be deployed, but until it's on more than Firefox, we should state that it only works in Firefox. So "in a web browser" means in Firefox (nightly build) in this case. It's misleading otherwise. I do understand they are waiting on the Chrome team to address some things, but until

From what I've read, they had to rerelease it because they didn't have the foresight to support new DLC (strange, I know, but that's the word from the team). They even packed in a bunch of extra stuff as an appeasement to make up for the fact that everyone who owned the original release has to buy a whole new version

I believe the intent was to poke fun at the pictures that stock photography sites use, which are usually terribly thought out and cheesy. The usually look like people that wouldn't play games and they're using controllers from 5+ years ago, because I can only guess why (perhaps they had them in their attic from before

this gif actually gives me a lot of ideas for the launcher. We haven't designed the weapon launcher for this weapon type yet. Make a good gatling gun style like a Civil War era style gatling launcher. Or maybe a tommy gun that shoots ice cream sandwiches :)

This is a weapon in the game I'm working on right now.

Vinyl toys. Some of that stuff is already here, but I find that video games and toys are so closely linked. Look at the desks of any game developers and designers... littered with toys to inspire them and get them thinking and in a mind state of play.

TIE Fighter was my jam. Still have my box on my bookcase.
