From what I've read, they had to rerelease it because they didn't have the foresight to support new DLC (strange, I know, but that's the word from the team). They even packed in a bunch of extra stuff as an appeasement to make up for the fact that everyone who owned the original release has to buy a whole new version

I believe the intent was to poke fun at the pictures that stock photography sites use, which are usually terribly thought out and cheesy. The usually look like people that wouldn't play games and they're using controllers from 5+ years ago, because I can only guess why (perhaps they had them in their attic from before

this gif actually gives me a lot of ideas for the launcher. We haven't designed the weapon launcher for this weapon type yet. Make a good gatling gun style like a Civil War era style gatling launcher. Or maybe a tommy gun that shoots ice cream sandwiches :)

This is a weapon in the game I'm working on right now.

Vinyl toys. Some of that stuff is already here, but I find that video games and toys are so closely linked. Look at the desks of any game developers and designers... littered with toys to inspire them and get them thinking and in a mind state of play.

TIE Fighter was my jam. Still have my box on my bookcase.

It can. I have my devkit hooked up too build my game to it, so I wouldn't past Joe User to be able to do the same

I think the girl on the right was wearing the Macklemore thrift shop jacket.

nvm (was going to say something else, but I should be nicer) :)

It was a huge time sink when I first got it and had some issues with my display and one of the two joysticks. Depending on where you live you can get one really cheap from craigslist (cheaper than mine). I wish I lived near New Jersey I could have gotten a four player one that was built well (mine was made by someone

Shadow Over Mystara has been one of my favorite games on my mame cabinet. Great fun with a friend though I wish I had four control setups on my control panel. So much fun.

Tranq dart... mission accomplished.

It's really playable right now. I wish I could see the leaderboards, but since very last night (EST), it's been pretty solid. I didn't have a single issue today apart from one I logged out and back to the main menu it said couldn't connect to server. It still seemed to finish syncing my game though.

My understanding is there is a grace period after you input your password. You don't have to reenter it to make consecutive charges in that window of time. I think it used to be 15 minutes, but I haven't checked in a year or so.

Cool. I'll give it another look. I've seen a few of the videos already but hadn't checked since I saw the one where it was showing different types of gameplay (with the same swiping side-to-side melee attacking).

No, I assumed it was an alpha. It certainly isn't feature complete, which is what a beta is and I'm almost certain they're not feature complete. Does the phase of the game make a difference that they're showing mostly visuals and not a lot of actual varied gameplay? It wouldn't matter to me if I was buying buying an

I can't shake all of the footage of the same slashing move used for different game types as different types of gameplay.

+1 just what I was thinking!

I wish he had a little people entourage that followed him around that he fondly termed "Dwight Howard's Shortcomings".
